How much do assessments and screening cost in the market?

There are scores of assessment providers that charge too much. We don’t.
Screening job applicants can be very costly. Most of the industry’s focus is on the volume screening model (where their revenues are based on increasing volume), on talent development assessments (where professional services charges, on top of pricing per test, make up the revenue base), or on executive search style assessments (which are very expensive, with boutique consulting services).

Are Gyfted’s assessments free?

Our candidate assessment tools are free - you only pay for usage and access to the platform, regardless of how many candidates or tests you want fulfilled. Free talent assessments are the future of online recruitment, and we believe that free candidate screening will usher in new experiences that are candidate friendly and recruiter friendly.

How long can I use Gyfted's recruitment software for free?

You can post your first job for free and keep using it freely forever. However, we do not provide you advanced metrics, team culture measures, ATS integrations and many other benefits, features and functions that are listed in our pricing plan. To post more jobs or get the unlimited use version of our software you can easily upgrade your subscription.

What is Gyfted's fee structure for outsourced recruitment?

Our RPO services and their pricing are pretty straightforward and transparent. With no RPO subscription (ie. not on the Growth RPO or Custom plans) you pay a 8.3% fee of the annual salary (1x monthly salary) of the candidate, which is calculated based on the candidate's target salary declared by the candidates. Our recruitment process outsourcing pricing begins with the Growth RPO subscription for the role type you're hiring for (irrespective of the number of positions being filled), you pay half ie. 4.15% of the annual salary (1/2 a monthly salary). These fees are paid upfront within 1 month of the candidate getting hired, provided that the candidate does not leave the role in this time period. If you're looking for enterprise recruitment software then Gyfted's Growth RPO and Custom plans are perfect to help you meet your talent acquisition goals.

Is screening of applicants free?

Yes, our philosophy is to not charge you per applicant or per test, because these are relatively uncertain numbers when you're engaged in recruiting, and we do not believe in charging for volume of "picks and shovels" because that doesn't align us with your interests of hiring the best candidate for the right role on the right team in the fastest time possible. That is why we charge a SaaS fee per job or for the entire platform. Free talent assessment tests are the future in our opinion, because these are just advanced equivalents of Google Forms.

Is Gyfted's candidate database free?

Yes, access to our recruitment database software is free. Gyfted's database for recruiting is open and free. It provides you with an anonymous talent pool that is pre-vetted, so you can simplify and speed up your candidate sourcing at no cost. We see no point in charging for access, because we want to be fully aligned with your recruitment incentives and needs and to enable candidates to find jobs faster with Gyfted. No funny agency games, just a powerful free candidate database to adapt recruiting to the emerging workplace. What is Gyfted’s sourcing fee and recruitment process outsourcing fee structure?

We know that recruiting can be complex, urgent, and/or specialized, which is why at Gyfted we provide custom RPO services and recruitment outsourcing solutions. Our fee structure is simple and transparent (look above). We include subscription charges for our RPO plan so that you have skin in the game to cooperate with our company and candidates, to align our interests and cooperation, and because there is no such thing as a free lunch.
