Cooperation

This was a cross border cooperation between two startups, a fully remote recruitment process for remote positions. Quotebeam during that time was highly growing, as Gyfted we were helping them to scale their team within the Poland region. Roles that we were searching for include Senior and Medior Frontend Developers, Backend Developers Product Managers, Senior UX Designers. This recruitment process was really exciting due to cross border cooperation, asynchronous work hours and top tech requirements due to the background of the founders, who both worked in some of the best tech companies in Silicon Valley.
