EII vs LII

The EII (Ethical Intuitive Introvert) and LII (Logical Intuitive Introvert) are two socionic types that have major differences in their thinking and functioning styles, which can lead to significant intertype conflict and challenges.

Conversely, LIIs' communication can come off as overly detached and impersonal to EIIs, who value emotional connection and understanding. Additionally, EIIs are typically more focused on harmony and avoiding conflict, while LIIs are more comfortable with disagreement and debate, viewing it as a necessary part of reaching the truth. This can create tension, as EIIs might feel upset and uncomfortable in the face of conflict, while LIIs may become frustrated with what they perceive as the EII's avoidance of rational discussion.
