IEE vs SEE

The IEE (Informative Ethical Intuitive), also known as ENFP in the Myers-Briggs system, and the SEE (Sensory Ethical Extrovert) or ESFP, have unique cognitive functions and communication styles which shape their intertype relation. The IEE is characterized by dominant Extraverted Intuition (Ne) and auxiliary Introverted Feeling (Fi). This means they are predominantly focused on exploring possibilities, ideas, and potential in the world around them, while also being deeply attuned to their personal values and feelings. They also value personal feelings and values, similar to the IEE.

When it comes to communication styles, IEEs tend to be expressive, enthusiastic, and ideational. They are often interested in discussing possibilities, ideas, and human potentials. They can have a very abstract and metaphorical way of speaking, and they often express themselves in a very personal and value-oriented manner. On the other hand, SEEs are more focused on the here and now. They communicate in a direct, concrete and action-oriented manner. They are often quite expressive and emotionally engaging, and they tend to be very practical in their language and communication style. They are interested in discussing concrete details and experiences, and they often use vivid language to describe their immediate perceptions. In terms of intertype relations, the IEE and SEE can have a dynamic and complementary relationship. The IEE's focus on possibilities and ideas can inspire and energize the SEE, while the SEE's practicality and action-oriented approach can ground and support the IEE. Both types value personal feelings and values, which can create a strong emotional connection between them. However, their different cognitive functions and communication styles may require some effort and understanding to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding. By recognizing and appreciating each other's strengths and differences, the IEE and SEE can form a harmonious and fulfilling relationship.
